Chimineas is a single-family home that will be expanded into a multi-generational residence. To give the property a 21st-century upgrade, we are looking at the building from the inside out, aiming to preserve its structural integrity while inserting a new brain into the property, transforming it into a fully functional home with all the amenities you can imagine. Using the concept of adaptive reuse, instead of bulldozing the property and building a brand-new home at three times the expense, we will take the existing building, dismantle it from the inside, and upgrade it with a new nervous system.

We are employing extensive 3D modeling to visualize the building's potential, creating imagery that expresses what it can become. We're not just designers; we're problem solvers.
