"Design goes beyond what is built. It considers how it is built, from what materials, and for whom it serves."

Deep Lines is a residential design and project management firm based in North East Los Angeles. Actively listening to our neighbors in the NELA community, this studio was born out of a desire to help overcome the perceived limitations of their properties and explore opportunities to reimagine their assets. We take pride in supporting our clients with innovative design and problem-solving solutions. We strive to provide a new perspective on community-based architecture by designing right-sized solutions that we call 1:1 design. This perspective allows us to support our clients in developing their existing real assets to meet their changing needs in a dynamic economic environment.

We are visualization specialists. You come to us with a problem that needs to be solved, and we figure out how to achieve it using 30 years of practical experience and the best of design and construction technologies. With three-dimensional models, 2D drafting, animation, and rendering, we create the solution to the problem by visualizing that solution. We find a destination that brings our clients success.

Deep Lines strives to preserve a sense of community, maintain affordable housing, and promote responsible, environmentally aware development of neighborhood real estate for living families, investment, and passive income.
